About the Role

We seek a Senior Director with 7-10 years of experience in Digital Health and Transformation. As a key team member, you will collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions improving lives and shaping the future of healthcare.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Project management certification (e.g., Prince2, MSP, PMBoK, Agile)
  • Experience leading and delivering digital transformations at a portfolio, program, or project level
  • Knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and end-to-end project delivery
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, structured thinking, and dynamic problem-solving abilities
  • Digital technologies, applications, and industry best practices within health and human services
