Job Title: Rehabilitation & Return to Work Coordinator
Description: The Rehabilitation & Return to Work Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and successful return of employees to work following injuries or illnesses. This position requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement workplace rehabilitation programs to support injured or ill employees
- Collaborate with medical professionals, supervisors, and other stakeholders to facilitate employee return to work
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for psychosocial hazard management
- Design and deliver health and wellbeing initiatives to promote a safe and supportive work environment
Requirements:
- Degree qualification in occupational therapy, allied health, health & safety, or a related discipline
- Current Rehabilitation and Return to Work accreditation
- Proven track record in developing and managing health and wellbeing initiatives
- Strong expertise in psychosocial hazard management and risk assessment

This is a fixed term, full time opportunity available until November 2026. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a safe, supportive, and proactive work environment.
