About this role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our teams in delivering high-quality training.

  • Facilitate small training sessions for staff to support participants and their families.
  • Assess and coach staff in the workplace to ensure newly learned skills translate into practice.
  • Develop and maintain training materials as required.
  • Liaise with supervisors on required skills and development for Support Workers.
  • E nsure all training documentation and record keeping is accurate.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Qualifications and/or previous experience in teaching or training with understanding of adult education and learning principles.
  • Minimum three years' experience working in a similar field.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
  • Ability to communicate information clearly and accurately, including presentations to small groups.
  • Well-developed computer literacy skills in Microsoft programs.
