Job Title: Training Support Professional

 

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to provide administrative support to our business and its associated clients and providers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional, timely and quality service to all customers, as well as ongoing support and guidance on our training system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, timely and quality service to all customers
  • Support the end-to-end process of internal and external Training Bookings
  • Continuously improve processes within the training space for better efficiency
  • Promote training initiatives and opportunities
  • Maintain a close working relationship with our associated RTOs and provide front-of-house support where required
  • Perform other general administration duties as required

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) desirable
  • Strong administration background
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Microsoft Project understanding desirable
  • High attention to detail for data entry
  • Able to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • High customer service focus
  • Great team player, yet able to work independently
