At Clear & Bright, we are seeking a professional to take on the role of Staff Trainer. This position involves assisting with the training and coaching of residential cleaners.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience working in cleaning services, specifically under the 'Cleaning Services Award (MA000022) Level 2'. They must also possess intermediate/advanced spoken English skills and have access to a reliable vehicle for traveling between client homes. Additionally, they should hold a recent National Police Clearance and be available to work at least 30 hours per week.
We require our Staff Trainer to possess high standards of communication, the ability to work independently, and attention to detail. Experience working in a fast-paced environment would be beneficial.
This is a part-time position that offers a competitive hourly rate of $28-$32 per hour. The expected weekly hours are between 30-40. Travel reimbursement is included as a benefit.
The schedule for this role includes afternoon, day, Monday to Friday, and morning shifts. We ask applicants to provide details of their availability during application.
Please note that a National Police Certificate and Driver Licence are required for this position, while Australian Work Authorisation is mandatory.
