As an EAM professional, you will drive growth and success across energy and utilities clients in Australia.

About the Role:
  • You will collaborate with senior leaders to develop strategic initiatives for our utilities practice
  • You will deliver projects that address business challenges and achieve strategic outcomes
  • You will build strong relationships with clients and help them leverage Wipro's expertise and connections
  • You will identify and define differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within designated strategic clients
  • You will ensure Wipro delivers value as a partner and aligns with client goals

This role requires extensive management consulting experience (ideally 8+ years), expertise in EAM transformation, maintenance management, and workforce planning with demonstrated knowledge and experience working in the energy utilities sector.

Requirements:
  • Proven industry and top-tier professional service firm experience
  • Knowledge of the Australian energy and/or water industry and regulatory landscape
  • Ability to create engaging presentation slides and present information effectively
  • Good leadership, communication, relationship building, and networking skills
  • Experience in delivering complex consulting projects across multiple locations
  • Ability to understand complex scenarios and propose effective implementation plans
