Job Opportunity: Enterprise Asset Management Architect

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of end-to-end solutions using SAP EAM and other cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in the energy and/or general utilities industry as a principal consultant/architect.

Purpose and Objectives:

The purpose of this role is to provide strategic guidance, expert delivery, and scalable impact to major customers through their journey to SAP Business Suite.

The successful candidate will work on both this high-profile initiative and the broader Customer Success and Delivery area within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects, with excellent analytical skills, result-oriented approach, and effectiveness in problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide thought leadership advice to colleagues/partners on solution design, implementation challenges, and deployment options.
  • Work alongside account teams in the software evaluation process to develop solution scenarios and needed architecture.
  • Build actionable roadmaps, support business case creation, proof-of-concept development, and implementation planning.
  • Act as a conduit between customer and product management/engineering to prioritize product roadmaps with customer needs.
Requirements:
  • A minimum 15 years professional experience working in the energy and/or general utilities industry as a principal consultant/architect.
  • Expert knowledge in SAP EAM and across newer cloud solutions such as SSAM, APM, FSM, BNAC, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills, result-oriented, and effectiveness in problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills with technical and business focus.
  • Passionate about technology, innovation, and how digital platforms can solve business challenges.
