The role as an
Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) consultant
will support growth and delivery across our energy and utilities clients in Australia, with a particular focus on how effective asset management can help client better navigate Australia's energy transition. You will work closely with our teams and strategic partners both in Australia and overseas to help deliver impactful outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Growth: Working with the leadership team to support growth of our utilities practice. This will mean taking a consulting-led approach and harnessing the breadth of Wipro's capabilities to deliver exceptional outcomes.

• Delivery: Working closely with our clients and delivery teams on projects to solve business challenges and deliver on their strategic outcomes;

• Relationships: Building meaningful relationships, helping our clients to connect to Wipro's deep expertise and industry connections;

• Solutions: Identifying & defining differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within designated strategic clients;

• Customer Centricity: Delivering customer value as a central theme across all activities. Ensuring Wipro is delivering as a partner and aligned to client/customer value and strategic goals;

• Branding: Helping create strong Wipro market positioning and increasing Wipro's mindshare.

About you

• This is Melbourne-based role, you will bring extensive management consulting expertise (ideally 8+ years), expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (including EAM transformation, maintenance management and workforce planning) with demonstrated knowledge and experience working of the energy utilities sector.
• Knowledge of the Australian energy and/or water industry and regulatory landscape will be well regarded.

Sell & Deliver

• Ability to construct presentation slides that are effective in conveying the intended message and visually pleasing to a high level of standard. Additionally, candidate needs to have the ability to present the information effectively to the audience.
• Good leadership, communication, relationship building and networking skills on the client side, ecosystem partners and internal organisation.
• Supports generating consulting/implementation business from new and existing accounts and has the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into successful outcomes.
• Delivery and program expertise with experience in handling multi shore consulting projects with distributed teams delivering sustainable customer value.
• Know-how to comprehend complex scenarios, propose effective implementation plans & solutions in tackling challenges

Driving SAP Transformation

• Ability to probe customers, engage in conversations to uncover the underlying problems and shape the challenges into structured problem statements
• Ability to drive the SAP EAM transformation agenda with clients, including how people, process and technology come together to deliver business outcomes.
• Ability to drive and lead the strategic execution, manage change, build relationships with clients, partners, motivate teams and achieve results
• Good understanding of the IT and OT and the role technology plays in effective asset management, such as:
• Intelligent asset management through Sensors and IoT devices
• Mobility solutions
• Digital twin solutions
• Predictive maintenance analytics
• AI-enabled autonomous asset management
