The role as an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) consultant will support growth and delivery across our energy and utilities clients in Australia, with a focus on how effective asset management can help clients better navigate Australia's energy transition. • Growth: Work with the leadership team to support growth of our utilities practice. This will mean taking a consulting-led approach and harnessing the breadth of Wipro's capabilities to deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Delivery: Work closely with our clients and delivery teams on projects to solve business challenges and deliver on their strategic outcomes.
• Relationships: Build meaningful relationships, helping our clients connect to Wipro's deep expertise and industry connections.
• Solutions: Identify and define differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within designated strategic clients.
• Customer centricity: Deliver customer value as a central theme across all activities. Ensure Wipro is delivering as a partner and aligned to client/customer value and strategic goals.
• Branding: Help create strong Wipro market positioning and increase Wipro's mindshare.

• This Melbourne-based role requires extensive management consulting expertise (ideally 8+ years), expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (including EAM transformation, maintenance management and workforce planning) with demonstrated knowledge and experience in the energy utilities sector.
• Knowledge of the Australian energy and/or water industry and regulatory landscape is well regarded.
• The ideal candidate should demonstrate both industry and top-tier professional services firm experience.

• Ability to construct presentation slides that convey the intended message effectively and visually to a high standard. Ability to present the information effectively to the audience.
• Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building and networking skills with clients, ecosystem partners and internal teams.
• Supports generating consulting/implementation business from new and existing accounts and can drive and lead customer relationships to successful outcomes.
• Delivery and program expertise with experience handling multi-shore consulting projects with distributed teams delivering sustainable customer value.
• Ability to understand complex scenarios, propose effective implementation plans and solutions.

• Ability to probe customers, engage in conversations to uncover underlying problems and shape challenges into structured problem statements.
• Ability to drive the SAP EAM transformation agenda with clients, including how people, process and technology come together to deliver business outcomes.
• Ability to drive and lead strategic execution, manage change, build client and partner relationships, motivate teams and achieve results.
• Good understanding of IT and OT and the role technology plays in effective asset management, including:
  • Intelligent asset management through sensors and IoT devices
  • Mobility solutions
  • Digital twin solutions
  • Predictive maintenance analytics
  • AI-enabled autonomous asset management
