Role Overview

The role of a Marketing Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects.

Key responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing marketing service helpdesk functions, and implementing agile methodologies to streamline workflow across all channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the triage of collateral/content requests per brand guidelines and policies.
  • Support the marketing team by responding to all marketing queries.
  • Provide high-level coordination and project support to ensure timely stakeholder deliverables.
  • Coordinate traffic management, production, collateral, content, and campaign activities.
  • Manage TSA's digital asset library, including images, videos, stories, and branding assets.
  • Ensure stakeholder access while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Apply proactive and proficient content management processes and policies.
