**Job Title:** Field Service Technician

**Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrician to join our team as a Field Service Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and wants to make a real difference in their career.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out field service installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair work, and other service-related activities on transformers of various sizes.

- Diagnose technical problems, determine corrective actions, and execute service activities on time within budget with expected quality and high focus on safety.

- Manage end-to-end service activities before attending the site and also on-site, including coordination with customers and other stakeholders.

- Maintain and strengthen working relationships with customers and interact with and support sales teams on potential business opportunities.

- Prepare required safety, financial, operational, and technical documents and reports associated with service activities.

- Identify performance improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer service.

- Develop skills through product training, further enhancing product knowledge, and growing as a product specialist.

**Requirements:

- A-Grade Electrician qualification.

- More than 5 years of field experience in transformer service.

- Customer-focused, ability to communicate effectively, work within a team, and follow instructions.

- Proficiency in English communication.
