We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Administrative Document Specialist to prepare typed documents for our organization at M&JStepUp. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scrutinizing job briefs, collecting relevant materials required for each task, and proofreading work to ensure error-free submissions.

A successful Administrative Document Specialist will excel at individual and group work, implement measures to improve output accuracy and quantity, and adhere to predetermined standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and organizing pertinent raw data, including audio files, working documents, and research papers.
  • Typing and formatting documents according to set guidelines.
  • Clarifying assignment instructions when needed.
  • Editing work to guarantee consistency, adherence to guidelines, and error-free content.
  • Printing and distributing approved work copies as required.
  • Creating digital backups of tasks in case of loss or theft.
  • Installing important software updates and ensuring computer security.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience as an Administrative Document Specialist is advantageous.
  • Satisfactory completion of a skills alignment exercise.
  • Advanced proficiency in mainstream word processors.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Independence and collaborative work skills.

The estimated salary for this role ranges between $45,000 and $65,000 annually, depending on qualifications and location.
