Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Job Description:Supports the Legal Department in a corporate setting, focusing on regulatory matters and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key responsibilities include preparing and submitting routine regulatory filings, corresponding with state Departments of Insurance or other regulatory agencies, and assisting the team with processing Consumer Complaints.
This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal certification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other software products used in a Legal/Regulatory/Compliance department
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Ability to professionally interact with people at all levels of the corporate structure
- Quick learner with a strong desire to take on additional responsibilities
- Good writer capable of handling different formats and styles
- Self-motivated team player with the proven ability to prioritize and handle numerous competing demands
