Marketing Compliance Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Compliance Specialist to ensure regulatory compliance with all marketing materials. This role involves reviewing various marketing materials and providing timely responses, including reasons for requested changes and suggestions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on compliance matters.
  • Maintain awareness of state and federal laws and regulations related to mortgage marketing.
  • Monitor advertising and social media content using third-party systems.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing compliance strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Compliance background preferred.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as RESPA and TCPA.
  • Excellent research, time management, and communication skills.
