Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate reports to detail portfolio performance
* Ensure accurate data delivery through collaboration with leasing, lease admin, property management, and paralegal teams
* Maintain an up-to-date leasing WIP database for seamless reporting
* Distribute regular portfolio management reports, including monthly Total Portfolio Summary, Active Retail Portfolio, Retail Leasing WIP, and Key Lease Events Report
* Develop strategies for risk mitigation, ensuring governance and data integrity
* Resolve data-related issues, enhancing data quality over time
* Address client requests and resolve issues swiftly
Skills and Qualifications
Tertiary education in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline is required. A good understanding of retail leasing and key drivers in retail space is essential. Proven experience in property industry analytical and diagnostic skills are necessary. Prior experience in retail property accounting will be highly regarded. Sound communication and interpersonal skills are required to liaise with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight deadlines is necessary. Advanced proficiency in Excel and a sound understanding of IT systems is expected.
