Our client is on the lookout for a dependable and knowledgeable Property Coordinator, to join a dynamic team and work within one of Australia's largest school employers, delivering exceptional education services. The successful candidate will join a cooperative team, assisting in transaction management across a diverse range of real estate and property management matters. This role offers a unique chance to utilise your skills in a meaningful way, enriching the lives of students and the wider community.

What you'll do:
  1. Manage all aspects of lease administration for schools within the organisation
  2. Day-to-day management of properties and land including liaising with contractors
  3. General administration, filing, preparing documents, email communication
  4. Manage enquiries, process purchase orders and invoices
  5. Support the Property and Acquisitions Advisor regarding property-related matters
  6. Investigate, analyse and respond to property enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
  7. Assist with due diligence activities in relation to property transactions
  8. Instruction and management of property contracts, surveyors, valuers and land access consultants
What you bring:
  • Our client is seeking candidates with residential property experience and proven experience as a residential property manager or as a commercial coordinator
  • Ability to make day-to-day decisions for effective provision of property administration or project support
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in liaising with external and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to anticipate needs, problem solve and willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all matters
  • Ability to analyse situations and apply property legislation where required
  • Sound knowledge within the field of real estate, valuations or property management
