Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Manufacturing leader to guide daily operations, drive safety and quality, and support our team through growth and change.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Coach and support team members to meet performance and development objectives.
  • Manage automated packaging lines, plant equipment, and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate stock movement, packaging, dispatch, and uphold GMP standards.
  • Champion continuous improvement and collaborate across departments to optimise workflow.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role (agricultural or chemical industry experience preferred).
  • SAP experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing environments.
  • Forklift license (essential).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have experience in managing teams and implementing process improvements.

They must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and stakeholders, and have the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
