Your Impact

As Manufacturing Team Leader - Packaging, you'll be accountable for the performance of production operations during your shift, ensuring quality, efficiency, and team engagement. You'll manage resources, maintain product integrity, and deliver against the production plan while driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Your Impact

As Manufacturing Team Leader - Packaging, you'll be accountable for the performance of production operations during your shift, ensuring quality, efficiency, and team engagement. You'll manage resources, maintain product integrity, and deliver against the production plan while driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead shift operations to deliver production plans on time and to quality standards
  • Manage crew performance, coaching and developing team capability
  • Oversee materials, maintenance scheduling, and line relief activities
  • Monitor performance data to identify and address gaps or improvement opportunities
  • Drive compliance with GMP, HACCP, EHS, and quality standards
  • Support organisational change and continuous improvement projects

About You
  • Proven leadership experience in FMCG or manufacturing, ideally beverages
  • Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, and safety management systems
  • Skilled at analysing performance data to drive improvements
  • Confident in coaching and building team capability
  • Committed to delivering operational excellence every shift
