Production Leadership Role

A dynamic leader is sought to oversee daily operations, drive safety and quality, and support the team through growth and change.

About the Role:
  • Ensure operational efficiency while maintaining a safe and high-quality work environment.
  • Coach and develop team members to meet performance objectives.
  • Manage automated packaging lines, equipment, and inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate stock movement, packaging, dispatch, and uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Promote continuous improvement and collaborate across departments to optimise workflow.

This leadership role requires proven experience in manufacturing or production leadership, preferably in the agricultural or chemical industry. SAP experience is also desired. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, a strong commitment to safety and quality, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role.
  • SAP experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Forklift license (essential).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
