We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill the role of Recruitment Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process from initial planning to final selection and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
  • Building strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements
  • Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to identify top talent
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records and reports to track recruitment metrics
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
  • Minimum of two years' experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
