This leadership role is pivotal in spearheading Airtable's growth in the ANZ region. The successful candidate will be an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of scaling new business ventures and driving revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic growth initiatives to expand Airtable's presence in the ANZ market, leveraging expertise in sales leadership and regional development.
  • Support direct reports by participating in prospect meetings, engaging corporate resources, and providing ongoing mentoring and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Data Science, Growth, and Ops teams to develop innovative sales and customer engagement strategies.
  • Establish high-volume lead generation and customer expansion strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Implement, improve, and standardize key sales processes to drive consistent and repeatable motions that predictably drive revenue growth.
  • Optimize sales efficiency by building Salesforce.com dashboards and reports, analyzing customer data, and identifying buying and expansion signals.
