We are seeking a customer experience reviewer to assess the quality of service provided by retail staff. This role involves visiting retail outlets, posing as a customer and observing the service provided.
Key Responsibilities- Pose as a customer in retail outlets
- Makes detailed observations about the service provided

The success of this role depends on your ability to successfully complete tasks, your location, willingness to travel, flexibility and reliability.
Tasks can take from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete. You will be working independently as a contractor providing feedback to clients on the quality of service provided by their staff.
You will be expected to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times and maintain confidentiality regarding any information that may come to your attention during the course of your duties.
As a customer experience reviewer you will play a vital role in helping our clients understand the experience they are delivering to their customers.
