Senior Structural Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced structural engineer to join our team in Sydney, where you will play a key role in leading and developing the local team and working on diverse water infrastructure projects.

As a senior structural engineer, you will oversee the design of steel structures across hydraulic structures, pump stations, service reservoirs, and treatment facilities as well as general light and heavy industrial projects. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, including design, documentation, and construction phase support.

You will work in a supportive and inclusive environment that values diversity and continuous improvement, with opportunities for mentoring junior engineers and professional growth and development of the wider teams.

Key requirements for this role include being a Chartered Professional Engineer with a bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering, having significant experience in steel structures design (industrial buildings, steel framing and roofing), and being able to lead and mentor a team of structural engineers.
