About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Team Lead to join our team at Triskele Labs. As a key member of our Executive Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of penetration testers, providing guidance, support, and professional development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various penetration testing methodologies and tools, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for conducting regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, and overseeing project allocation to ensure the team meets project deadlines and quality standards.

In addition to team management, you will also be responsible for conducting comprehensive penetration tests on web applications, networks, and other systems to identify security vulnerabilities. You will develop detailed and actionable reports based on penetration test findings and collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored security solutions.

We are looking for a candidate who is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and stay updated with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and technologies. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Advanced relevant certifications such as OSCE3, CCT, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
