Senior SAP SuccessFactors Test Lead

We seek a seasoned professional to oversee the testing lifecycle of SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

This role involves driving the testing strategy, planning and executing test cycles, managing defects, and ensuring high-quality delivery of HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive testing plans for SAP SuccessFactors projects, encompassing implementation, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Lead the development of test cases, execute testing, and manage defects across multiple modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruitment).
  • Maintain alignment between testing and business requirements, as well as functional specifications.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional testing teams, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, and integration teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Implement test automation strategies where applicable.
  • Prepare and present regular test status reports, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 4+ years in SAP SuccessFactors testing.
  • Strong expertise across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central.
  • Proven track record of leading test teams and managing end-to-end testing cycles.
  • Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors integration points with other SAP / third-party systems.
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
