Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of the SAP practice's strategic vision, including service offerings and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead complex SAP projects from inception through to successful delivery, ensuring timely completion and alignment with client expectations.
  • Foster a high-performing team of SAP professionals, promoting a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding SAP-related initiatives, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for additional business engagements by providing strategic insights and recommendations to clients.

Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in SAP consulting, with proven leadership experience in managing SAP practices and teams.
  • A strong track record of successful SAP project delivery and client engagement.
  • Experience across multiple SAP modules, particularly S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and other cloud solutions.
