Seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors expert to lead testing activities and drive successful project delivery.

Job Overview

This role requires strong technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, exceptional stakeholder engagement, and proven leadership in test management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive testing strategies for SAP SuccessFactors projects, ensuring seamless execution and quality delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and mentorship on testing best practices.
  • Ensure alignment of testing with business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Manage UAT processes, ensuring timely and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, functional consultants, and integration teams to ensure project success.
  • Implement test automation strategies where applicable, driving efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prepare and present regular test status reports, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 4+ years in SAP SuccessFactors testing.
  • Strong hands-on expertise across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central.
  • Proven experience in leading test teams and managing end-to-end testing cycles.
  • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors integration points with other SAP/third-party systems.
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
