Strategic Digital Leader Virtual Experience

The experience consists of five modules:

Module 1: Problem Analysis (30 minutes - 1 hour)

In this initial module, participants will brainstorm early thinking and break down the problem into logical and structured components.

Module 2: Digital Strategy Development (1 - 2 hours)

Applying the digital strategy framework, participants will develop a tailored strategy for the client's problem.

Module 3: Opportunity Identification (45 minutes - 1.5 hours)

Reviewing the current state of digital initiatives, participants will identify technological opportunities that can be addressed through a digital strategy.

Module 4: Initiative Detailing (45 minutes - 1 hour)

Creating a short list of digital initiatives, participants will draw on interviews, surveys, and industry research to inform their recommendations.

Module 5: Recommendations (1 - 2 hours)

Participants will write a project summary outlining the current situation and their recommendations to the client.

Upon completing the virtual experience, participants will earn a digital badge and certificate, enhancing their professional profile and showcasing their expertise in digital strategy.
