**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Digital Strategic Account Professional to join our growing team.

You will be working closely with the Head of Client Relations and Senior Account Manager to build long-term relationships and work on higher-value strategic projects that drive results.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about performance, goal-orientated and has a strong account management background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through excellent communication skills and presentation.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of key clients' goals and business objectives.
  • Mentor junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed.
  • Work closely with agile teams on exciting strategic projects and contribute to the development of digital strategies for clients.

About You:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role in Digital Agency is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with ability to follow-through.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
