Job Description:

You will be part of a dynamic team that makes a difference in the lives of our customers and communities.

As a Team Leader, you will lead and mentor a team of up to 15 bankers, focusing on delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Focusing on delivery excellence for our customers
  • Developing and maintaining skilled bankers across the team, including coaching and mentoring
  • Identifying continuous improvement in procedures and assisting with solutions
  • Ensuring bankers operate within appropriate policies
  • Maintaining up-to-date training records

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in Financial Services, with experience gained in Customer Service and Call Centre or Digital Channels
  • Experience in leading, coaching, and developing a team
  • Communication and collaboration capability
  • Role model excellency, passion, and drive on a day-to-day basis
  • The passion to put our customers and colleagues at the heart of everything you do
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and be deadline- and target-driven
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Financial Services Experience

Customer Service and Call Centre or Digital Channels Experience

Leadership, Coaching and Development Experience

Strong Communication and Collaboration Capability
