Job Title: High-Risk Security Specialist

We are seeking an experienced security professional to fill a key role in our high-profile facilities across metropolitan Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring CCTV, responding to alarms, and managing multiple actions and scenarios in real-time.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to multitask effectively, and possess excellent communication skills. They will also be required to work collaboratively with small to medium-sized teams during incidents and emergencies.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Supporting incident management and emergency response operations
    • Preparing operational briefs and conducting team briefings
    • Managing control room technical systems and equipment
    • Maintaining surveillance and monitoring using CCTV and other systems
    • Responding to alarm activations and managing access control systems
    • Maintaining data and security records, including communication logs and comprehensive reports
  • Requirements:
    • Security License (NSW 1A), minimum 12 months*
    • Demonstrated experience in control room operations and technical system usage
    • Minimum 3 to 6 months of Control Room Experience
    • Customer service and communication skills
    • Presentation and personal qualities
    • Ability to work rotating shifts and meet deadlines
    • Current First Aid and CPR certification
    • Responsible Service of Alcohol - RSA certification
    • White Card or willingness to obtain
    • Traffic Control and Implement Traffic Management Plan certificates
    • Fire Warden and Chief Warden certification
    • Full NSW Drivers Licence
    • Working With Children Check
