Security Operations Specialist
ASC is a leading defence company in Australia, responsible for the design, construction and sustainment of submarines. Our team is passionate about delivering innovative solutions to support our nation's security.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a high-profile national defence initiative, implementing and maintaining robust security arrangements aligned with Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) and Nuclear Propulsion Submarine Safety Regulator (NPSSR) requirements.
- Deliver effective security services and implement operational security measures across the program.
- Provide expert advice on protective security matters within the Defence Industry environment.
- Prepare and deliver security training and awareness sessions to internal and external stakeholders.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Eligible for AGSVA Negative Vetting Level 2 and able to meet ITAR and ASA security requirements.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Defence or similar environments, with a focus on operational/physical security.
- Must have or be able to complete the Defence Industry Security Program Security Officer Course.
