Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled security risk specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our people.

The Protective Security Group is responsible for protecting the physical safety and security of our spaces, events, and people. As a key member of this group, you will be helping our people do their best work safely and securely, no matter where they are in the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting thorough risk assessments and providing practical advice on mitigating risks affecting our people, spaces, events, and activations.
  • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of risk registers and treatment plans, ensuring that information is current, accurate, and aligned with our internal frameworks.
  • Partnering with senior security risk specialists across a wide range of safety and security risk activities.
  • Tracking and monitoring risk treatment plans until completion and assisting teams in implementation if needed.
  • Supporting risk reporting, metrics, education, and training initiatives focused on our people's, spaces', and event safety and security.
  • Contributing to the development of security and safety risk processes and tools, ensuring they remain effective as we grow.
  • Helping build a strong, risk-aware culture across our organization.
Requirements
  • A background in security or safety risk management, preferably for a global/multi-country organization.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting risk assessments and advisory activities.
  • An understanding of enterprise risk management principles and frameworks.
  • Experience developing or maintaining documentation related to risk management, including policies and procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential risks and recommend appropriate controls.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate to diverse audiences.
