Job Title: Continuing Professional Development Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Officer to join our team. As a CPD Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality CPD programs that meet the needs of our members.

Job Description:

The CPD Officer will be responsible for coordinating and administering CPD activities, engaging stakeholders, supporting committees, and contributing to content and process improvements to ensure compliance and value for members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and promote CPD programs and services
  • Administer program activities, including audits and verification
  • Improve processes for consistent outcomes
  • Capture data for analysis and reporting using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with team members and partners
  • Contribute to professionalism, CPD, and online learning projects
  • Support communication and marketing with accurate program information
  • Secretariat duties for committees
Essential Attributes:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification or relevant experience (communications, education, research, medical education, e-learning, health)
  • Experience creating educational content
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Analytical and information literacy skills
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Good at prioritizing and managing deadlines
