We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Continuing Care Assistant. This role involves providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

- Job Description:
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans.
- Support leisure activities and provide light housekeeping duties.
Requirements:
- Valid Continuing Care Certification or equivalent.
- Registration in Nova Scotia's CCA registry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Clear criminal record with vulnerable sector screening.
