Continuing Professional Development Coordinator

The Program Officer is responsible for supporting the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program. This involves coordinating activities, engaging stakeholders, and contributing to content and process improvements.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate CPD program activities
- Engage with stakeholders and promote the program
- Administer program activities, including audits and verification
- Improve processes for consistent outcomes
- Capture data for analysis and reporting using CRM tools
- Collaborate with team members and partners
- Contribute to projects related to professionalism, CPD, and online learning
- Support communication and marketing efforts
- Tertiary qualification or relevant experience in communications, education, research, medical education, e-learning, or health
- Experience creating educational content
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and information literacy skills
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good prioritization and time management skills
