We are seeking an experienced and proactive leader to oversee the daily operations of our organization during a maternity leave period. You will be responsible for supporting key programs and events, fostering member engagement, and maintaining strong community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program & Event Management
    • Collaborate with committees to plan and execute events and programs.
    • Develop marketing and communication plans for events and membership activities.
    • Create networking and professional development opportunities for members.
  • Membership Growth & Retention
    • Analyze member feedback and non-renewal reasons to improve services.
    • Develop incentives to attract and retain members.
  • Community Relations & Partnerships
    • Act as a spokesperson and maintain the public profile.
    • Build and sustain relationships with local organizations and government agencies.
    • Lead sponsorship development and stewardship.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven leadership and management experience, preferably in non-profit or business organizations.
  • A post-secondary degree in Business or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and foster teamwork.

  • A full-time contract with a salary range of $45,000-$53,000.
