Job Description

This role involves leading the team in service excellence and overseeing daily operations of a dynamic retail store. You will work closely with the management team to develop leadership skills and ensure the smooth running of the store.

  • Guiding the team in educating parents on products, demonstrating features and benefits, and fostering genuine relationships with customers.
  • Maintaining the store's appearance and showcasing latest promotions.
  • Ensuring that all OH&S protocols are upheld to promote a culture of safety for all.
  • Managing KPIs - Safety, Sales, Loyalty, NPS.

The successful candidate will have a solid background in customer service and a proven track record in meeting and beating sales targets and KPIs.
