As a Sales Coordinator at Seven West Media, you will play a pivotal role in achieving short-term revenue goals within your designated media agency and client patch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the attainment of sales targets alongside the sales team through proactive sales initiatives, effective yield management, and meticulous inventory processes.
  • Provide crucial administration support and master the art of data entry to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure swift processing of proposals, bookings, and inquiries, keeping the sales engine running smoothly.
  • Become proficient in navigating the TV Network Sales system to optimize campaign delivery within client parameters.
  • Maintain impeccable organization by efficiently filing all documents, reports, and correspondence, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

About You:

We are seeking a dynamic individual with customer-facing or sales-related experience who is eager to launch a professional career in the media industry. You will have:

  • Customer-facing experience (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas effectively.
  • A strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing data entry and administrative duties.
  • Strong organisational skills, proactiveness, and a proven ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • A Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, media, advertising, or business-related subjects (preferred, but not essential)
