The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing sales revenue from designated portfolios of advertisers/marketers. This will involve leading a sales group, formulating and implementing strategies to meet revenue and yield goals, and undertaking sales activities that enhance the Seven Network brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH ADVERTISERS AND MEDIA CONSULTANTS TO ACHIEVE SALES TARGETS.
  • MANAGING AND DEVELOPING SALES STAFF TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE PERFORMANCE.
  • MONITORING AND REPORTING ON TEAM PERFORMANCE TO TAKE CORRECTIVE ACTION WHERE NECESSARY.
  • SUPPORTING THE GROWTH OF REVENUE FOR THE DEPARTMENT, NETWORK, AND SEVEN WEST MEDIA MORE BROADLY.
Requirements
  • A PROVEN TRACK RECORD IN SALES LEADERSHIP, IDEALLY IN MEDIA OR ADVERTISING.
  • EXCEPTIONAL PRESENTATION SKILLS TO ENGAGE DIVERSE AUDIENCES.
  • STRONG TIME-MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATION SKILLS TO MEET OBJECTIVES AND DEADLINES.
  • A CUSTOMER-FIRST APPROACH WITH ADVANCED SKILLS IN MS OFFICE AND INDUSTRY SOFTWARE.
