They're seeking a talented Senior Associate to join their thriving Commercial Property team in Brisbane. About the Role: As a Senior Associate in the Commercial Property team, you'll work on a broad range of matters, including:

  • Structuring and negotiating joint ventures and commercial developments.
  • Advising on commercial and retail leasing agreements.
  • Managing complex property transactions, including pastoral and crown leases.
  • Providing strategic guidance on town planning and environmental compliance.

You'll collaborate closely with clients, delivering tailored, high-quality advice while building lasting relationships. With direct mentoring from experienced partners, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of matters and further develop your expertise.

About You: You're a driven and passionate lawyer with:

  • 4+ years of post-admission experience in commercial property law.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to draft clear, concise legal documents.
  • A client-focused mindset, with a knack for building trust and delivering results.
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
