Key Responsibilities

  • Make contact with potential or existing clients each day via leads assigned to you.
  • Propose solutions to customers that meet their unique business needs.
  • Provide online demonstrations where necessary to potential customers.
  • Promptly respond to email requests.
  • Provide quotes and follow up on quotations within expected timeframes.
  • Meet daily/ weekly/ monthly revenue targets set by the Inside Sales Team Manager.
  • Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among customers.
  • Process any written request from our prospects and customers using our proprietary systems.
  • Discover opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products to customers by conducting a thorough needs analysis.

Requirements

  • Sales experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment (2+ years is preferable).
  • Strong verbal and written fluency in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct a needs analysis and offer a solution accordingly.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows and general understanding of technology.
  • High level of customer service and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Team oriented and creative approach to cross and up-selling.
