Deputy Principal Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Principal to join our team at Holy Family Catholic Primary School in Karama, Darwin. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will provide leadership, counsel, and support to the Principal, with a focus on pastoral care, timetabling, daily organisation, and staff management.

About the Role

The Deputy Principal will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-level leadership and support to the Principal
  • Leading the development and implementation of school policies and procedures
  • Managing the school's daily operations, including timetabling and staff supervision
  • Providing pastoral care and support to students, staff, and parents
  • Collaborating with the senior leadership team to achieve school goals and objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong Catholic faith and commitment to Catholic education
  • Postgraduate qualifications in education or a related field
  • Registration or eligibility for registration with the NT Teacher Registration Board
  • A Working with Children Card (Ochre Card NT)
