Job Title: Deputy Principal
Job Summary:
The Catholic Education Office NT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Principal to provide leadership and support to the Principal and the school community. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the college, working with specialized staff members to achieve student outcomes, and providing a high level of leadership, counsel, and support to the Principal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and support to the Principal and the school community
- Manage the college and work with specialized staff members to achieve student outcomes
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student learning and achievement
- Provide pastoral care and support to students, staff, and parents
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to develop and implement school policies and procedures
Requirements:
- A Catholic who is an active member of a Catholic Eucharistic community
- Postgraduate qualifications or undertaking to commence studies in Religious Education, Theology, and/or Educational Leadership
- Registration or eligibility for registration with the NT Teacher Registration Board
- Working with Children Card (Ochre Card NT)

Selection Criteria:
- Leadership and management skills
