The Catholic Education Office NT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Principal to join our team. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will provide leadership, counsel, and support to the Principal across all aspects of the college.

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on pastoral care and wellbeing, timetabling, daily organisation, and staff management. You will be a person of faith and vision for Catholic education, with the ability to communicate this vision to others in the school community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and support to the Principal and senior leadership team
  • Managing the college and working with specialised staff members to achieve student outcomes
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the college's mission and values are upheld
  • Collaborating with teachers and staff to improve student learning and wellbeing

Requirements:

  • Catholic who is an active member of a Catholic Eucharistic community
  • Postgraduate qualifications or undertaking to commence studies in Religious Education, Theology, and/or Educational Leadership
  • Registration or eligibility for registration with NT Teacher Registration Board
  • Working with Children Card (Ochre Card NT)
