The ideal candidate will possess expertise in workflow orchestration, Python, SQL, and AI/ML experience. They should also be proficient in cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to join a collaborative team focused on delivering innovative solutions. You will have the chance to own UpGuard's internal AI and automation platform, evolve existing n8n infrastructure, and develop production-grade integration and automation solutions.

As a leader in this field, you will establish best practices and patterns for AI and automation across the company. This includes creating templates, documentation, and training materials that enable non-technical teams to build and deploy their own automation workflows confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning UpGuard's internal AI and automation platform and evolving existing n8n infrastructure
  • Developing production-grade integration and automation solutions
  • Leading the development and deployment of domain-specific LLMs
  • Establishing best practices and patterns for AI and automation across the company
  • Enabling widespread adoption through hands-on workshops, ongoing support, and mentoring teammates
