We protect the world's data at a leading cybersecurity firm.

An advanced analytics team supports all teams by extracting key insights from collected data.

Data is extracted from multiple sources and insightful dashboards are built to display key metrics, supporting leaders in making informed decisions.

You will democratise AI and automation across the organisation as our founding AI & Automation Engineer.

Critical n8n workflows will be built, and domain-specific LLMs developed that make every team member more productive.

The existing automation infrastructure will be transformed into an accessible platform enabling teams to leverage AI and workflow automation confidently, no technical expertise required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evolving the automation platform - Extending our existing n8n infrastructure and building critical workflows serving hundreds of employees as we scale beyond 300 team members.
  • Critical n8n flows - Designing and implementing production-ready automation workflows integrating cloud services, internal data sources, and LLM endpoints.
  • Developing & democratizing domain-specific LLMs - Fine-tuning lightweight models on internal data from various sources, then making them accessible through intuitive interfaces.
  • Democratizing n8n usage - Creating templates, documentation, and training materials enabling non-technical teams to build and deploy their own automation workflows confidently.
  • Embedding security & governance - Incorporating privacy, compliance, and cost controls into every workflow and model deployment ensuring enterprise-grade reliability and data protection.
  • Enabling widespread adoption - Running hands-on workshops, providing ongoing support, and mentoring teammates so anyone can effectively leverage AI and automation tools.
