Job Title: Appliance Service Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Appliance Service Technician to provide professional quality service repairs for home appliances and air conditioners.

About the Role:
  • This is an opportunity for an experienced technician to join our team in Melbourne, AU.
  • You will be responsible for repairing and testing home appliances and air conditioners at customer residences or in our workshop.
  • The focus of this role is on delivering excellent customer service, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and customers are satisfied with the outcome.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and test home appliances and air conditioners to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Maintain superior product knowledge through training and technical manuals.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection.
  • Manage stock of spare parts inventory effectively.
Requirements:
  • A valid Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) is preferred.
  • Strong communication and PC skills are essential.
  • You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
