About Corporate Banking

Our expertise lies in partnering with Corporate, Government, and Institutional customers to provide world-class global solutions. Our business brings together teams of specialists to deliver a full range of debt structuring, funding solutions, research, trading, and custodial services.
Within Corporate Banking, we have our Markets team, which utilizes sales, trading, and research expertise. The business covers every segment of the corporate and investor markets, from global supranational to high net-worth customers looking to build their investment portfolios.

In Corporate Banking, you will:

  • Assist in relationship management of large Corporate and Institutional customers
  • Analyse and interpret complex financial information to provide appropriate recommendations
  • Assist in structuring and execution of transactions, including preparing credit submissions and employing financial modelling where required
  • Actively participate in deal teams and support the deal process
  • Develop an ongoing awareness and understanding of market risk, industry knowledge, and risk appetite
  • Develop and contribute to programming solutions for problems the business faces, including involvement with trading tools and e-trading processes
  • Provide technical, analytical, administrative, and direct client support
  • Provide innovative funding solutions and access points to global capital markets
  • Provide custody, investment administration, and related services to local and international clients
  • Analyse data to derive insights and perform market analysis
  • Engage in industry research, insights presentations, strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and regulatory responses
  • Support banking specialists in delivering transactional support and solutions
  • Contribute to Corporate Banking goals
