About Corporate and Institutional Banking

We specialize in partnering with corporate, government, and institutional clients to provide innovative global solutions. Our business combines teams of specialists to deliver a full range of debt structuring, funding solutions, research, trading, and custodial services.

In corporate and institutional banking, you will:

  • Assist in the relationship management of large corporate and institutional clients
  • Analyse and interpret complex financial information to provide recommendations
  • Assist in structuring and executing transactions, including preparing credit submissions and employing financial modeling
  • Participate in deal teams and support the deal process
  • Develop an ongoing awareness and understanding of market risk, industry knowledge, and risk appetite
  • Contribute to programming solutions for business problems, including involvement with trading tools and e-trading processes
  • Provide technical, analytical, administrative, and direct client support
  • Offer innovative funding solutions and access points to global capital markets
  • Deliver custody, investment administration, and related services to local and international clients
  • Analyse data to derive insights and perform market analysis
  • Engage in industry research, insights presentations, strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and regulatory responses
  • Support banking specialists in delivering transactional support and solutions
  • Contribute to corporate & institutional banking goals
